What an absolutely delightful evening! As locals, we had the pleasure of joining the Travel Series Singapore event—and wow, what an experience! From the moment we sat down at the beautifully set long table surrounded by a fantastic group of fellow food lovers, we knew we were in for something special. Chef Kartik truly stole the show with his engaging stories and personal anecdotes from his three-year culinary journey in Singapore. And the food? Next-level amazing! The three-course menu he crafted was a masterpiece. We’ve traveled to Singapore and across Asia, and we adore authentic Asian cuisine—but this was hands down some of the best we’ve ever tasted outside of Asia. The Laksa in particular? Absolutely sensational—layers of flavor, the perfect balance of heat, and so many thoughtful details. While the appetizer and dessert were both delicious in their own right, the Laksa completely blew us away! We were so impressed, we’ve already signed up for the Thailand and Vietnam events. Can’t wait! A big shoutout as well to Paul, our wonderfully friendly and attentive server—his service made the evening all the more enjoyable. All in all, it was the perfect midweek treat—memorable, mouthwatering, and full of good vibes.
Excellent meal. I had the salmon and my husband the tenderloin and we both had the chocolate mousse. I ate all my mains of salmon before realising I should have taken a photo but I have taken one of the dessert. Will definitely return! We went back and enjoyed the same dishes. The quality is consistent! I’ve added photos of the mains dishes.
My daughter and I stayed in sun peaks at the grand Hotel for 10 days. We tried every single restaurant in the area and kept coming back to Mantels time and time again. It’s by far the best and most consistent restaurant here. We had so many nice service as well. Stand out was Mike at the bar. He took such great care of us. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is skiing in the area with their families.
Adaptable menu at Mantles meant there were a few dishes that could be modified and made vegan (thanks for having vegan cheese!). We tried the veganized Risotto and Burger, both were quite filling and good. Drink menu is pretty interesting, service is good and the patio has a wonderful view. Excellent all around.
Amazing time and experience. Big thanks to server Ella, chef Jeff and manager Shavias. They had us in for the raclette dinner and it was a hit! So cool to melt your own cheese and get to dip it in all the amazing sides. Beef, prawns and scallops were all amazing as well as the other food selections. We were stuffed. This would be a super fun thing to do with a group of ppl! 10/10 from us.
We had the great pleasure of attending the Travel Series dinner celebrating Thailand, and it was nothing short of outstanding. Sharing a community table made the evening warm and lively, with wonderful conversation flowing throughout. Each of the three courses was beautifully crafted, with the duck curry stealing the spotlight — perfectly spiced and absolutely delicious. Adding to the experience, the Indian Chef joined us at the table, delighting guests with captivating stories from his time in Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia. His passion and charm brought the evening to life in a unique way. This Travel Series is an absolute gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough — a fabulous night from start to finish!
I went here in early December with my son and the service was great, the drink I had was good, we the olive appetizer and it was good, the only negative thing about it was with can a weird lemon and onion thing, but that was the only negative thing. My son had a pizza it was amazing and was a good portion size. I forgot what I got lol, but, yeah over all a great restaurant that people should go to.
